Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and manage insurance premium and reinsurance related systems
Coordinate requirements with related departments for development management
Create estimates for development projects
Coordinate with vendors for development and support
Implement quality control measures during the development process
Address new product, product revision, and system improvement requests
Gather business requirements for new products and changes
Adjust schedules in collaboration with relevant departments
Conduct reviews at each stage of development
Provide system support after release, including handling inquiries and resolving issues
