  • 5+ years experience in Utilities Retail and Business Process Design
  • Strong knowledge of Energy Transition, Demand Side Management, and Digital Customer Strategy
  • Intermediate proficiency in Functional Design and User Experience (UX) Design
  • Proven ability to manage consulting engagements, lead client relationships, and advise on complex transformation programs
  • Experience in Meter-to-Cash, customer operations, or utility program design
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Fluent in French speaking and writing

Responsibilities

  • Lead and advise clients on customer transformation, contact center modernization, and digital customer strategy in the context of energy transition and DSM initiatives
  • Analyze, design, and document new business processes that enable efficient delivery of customer and energy programs, including conservation, electrification, and distributed energy solutions
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define requirements, align on functional outcomes, and ensure integration across business and technology teams
  • Leverage analytics and customer insights to identify opportunities for improving customer experience and advancing energy efficiency goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including SONG and technology partners) to implement digital and operational solutions aligned with utilities transformation objectives
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering excellence in business process design and stakeholder management
  • Support the continued growth of Accenture’s Energy Retail Practice, contributing thought leadership in areas such as customer innovation, energy transition, and DSM strategy
