Requirements

  • Consulting experience in a strategy consulting firm
  • Experience in life sciences companies/healthcare-related companies, through analytics-related, solution-related, and digital transformation-related consulting or solution implementation
  • A desire to contribute to industry transformation through various perspectives, such as portfolio strategy, new drug business viability forecasting, MR sales strategy channels, and medical strategies
  • The ability to leverage IQVIA’s assets and capabilities, while developing and leading a consulting business in one’s area of expertise
  • Strong motivation to build a consulting business within the firm, potentially including management roles in pharmaceutical companies, startups, or private equity funds
  • Strong Japanese language skills (fluent required) and a business-level understanding of English

Responsibilities

  • Project-based support for pharmaceutical companies and other life sciences clients, addressing their challenges and facilitating their operations
  • Developing innovative solutions based on extensive analytics and operational support experience in the life sciences industry
  • Introducing and expanding business analytics-related solutions developed globally by IQVIA in the Japanese market
  • Generating new business opportunities through proactive client outreach and theme development
  • Leading multiple projects in collaboration with Managers and Senior Consultants, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost control
