Requirements

In university pursuing a diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields
Passionate about tech and eager to learn
Curious about systems, data, and problem-solving
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
Strong communicator with good written and verbal English skills
Bonus: Experience with Infrastructure, Linux, Python, Networking, or Power BI

Responsibilities

Learn to monitor, troubleshoot, and support the N4 Terminal Operating System (TOS) and its supporting ecosystem
Assist with EDI message configuration, deployment, and basic troubleshooting
Support BI solutions and dashboards using tools like Power BI or Crystal Reports
Gain exposure to cloud-based and on-prem IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and databases
Participate in customer support activities, helping resolve incidents within defined SLAs
Shadow experienced engineers and gradually take ownership of specific repeatable tasks
Document solutions, contribute to knowledge bases, and improve internal processes
Be part of an on-call/shift rotation over time as you gain experience
