Responsibilities
The Managed Services Consultant will provide adequate customer service for all internal and external customers, support the Project Manager with activities through Start-up, be the primary point of contact through Maintenance and Closeout of a project, perform skilled duties such as creating, reviewing, coordinating, and managing various project deliverables, facilitate and troubleshoot issues associated with complex systems and projects, respond to inquiries about projects, and lead various project status and review meetings.
