Responsibilities

The Make Ready Technician will diagnose and repair various maintenance issues such as electrical and plumbing problems, HVAC and heating systems, pools, and appliances. They will also perform painting and sheet rock repairs, tile, carpet, and flooring tasks, as well as address ceiling leaks. Additionally, the role involves completing make-ready checklists and returning vacant units to a market-ready status, ensuring resident satisfaction and maintaining property standards.
