Position Overview

Grafana Labs is seeking a Majors Account Executive, Growth based in Sweden. This role is responsible for prospecting and expanding existing business within the Nordics region. The primary focus will be identifying, nurturing, and closing opportunities with current customers. You will manage forecasts and track customer data, employing a consultative sales approach by understanding customer needs before presenting our products. Your expertise will be crucial in articulating the value of our offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new opportunities to expand Grafana usage within a set of current customers.
  • Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, sales meetings, product demos, proofs of concept, proposals, negotiations, and account management.
  • Cultivate sales through both outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
  • Understand and convey the value of both Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.
  • Become an expert in managing your sales pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Manage quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 6+ Years of experience in infrastructure technology sales.
  • Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment (top 10% performer).
  • Energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, tenacious team player.
  • Adaptable with demonstrable experience in high-velocity technology companies.
  • Excellent communication skills across all channels (in person, online, in writing).
  • Ability to form strong working relationships both in person and virtually.

Bonus Points For:

  • Familiarity with open-source technology.
  • Experience using Salesforce.
  • Experience using Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits

In Sweden, the On-Target Earnings (OTE) compensation range for this role is SEK 2,720,000 - SEK 2,840,000. Actual compensation will be determined by level, experience, and skillset as assessed during the interview process.

All roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), providing every team member with ownership in Grafana Labs' success and aligning us with our global scaling objectives.
