Requirements

Age: 18 years or older
Basic computer skills
Ensuring the complete physical safety of oneself and co-workers at all times without exception
Knowledge of inspecting machinery for proper performance and detecting faults and malfunctions
Ability to diagnose malfunctions using testing equipment to determine required repairs
Experience composing technical reports understandable for non-technical audiences
Familiarity with performing regular maintenance, corrections, and alterations on machines to ensure productive state
Strong time management: showing up on time, reliably completing tasks by deadlines, adapting to changes with minimal supervision
Ability to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions, and possess basic mathematical skills
Ability to work well with others to meet team goals and adjust to changes
Physical ability to lift 50lbs
Ability to perform frequent movements including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing, and other active movements
Ability to perform duties while wearing personal protective equipment
Ability to work across temperature zones including cold/hot environments for extended periods and in dusty environments
Availability for shift schedules including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and periodic overtime
