Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and delivery of new projects, specifically focusing on high-pressure inlet charging seats and high-pressure connectors
  • Manage the development process for new projects, including delivering samples to clients
  • Create investment plans, conduct capacity research, and develop production line Statements of Work (SOWs) with technical requirements
  • Design and plan the layout and process flow for new projects, including material flow
  • Produce process flow diagrams (PFD), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Work Instructions (WI), and Electrical Bill of Materials (E-BOM) for new projects
  • Conduct technical reviews for product development (DFM) and production line development
  • Validate and implement new project process parameters, including change management
  • Oversee the development, validation, acceptance, release, and initial production import of new production lines, as well as ongoing maintenance and efficiency improvements
  • Perform internal training tasks
  • Ensure the stable operation of production equipment and processes and assist in the analysis and resolution of quality issues
