At least 2 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry or similar environment
Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Well-rounded maintenance skills; experience in plumbing, mechanical work, electrical systems, and carpentry is a plus
Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors in extreme temperatures, including on roofs, ladders, and lifts
Comfortable around barn animals
Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment across the property, completing assigned jobs and maintaining logbooks
Utilize power and hand tools effectively to carry out job assignments
Diagnose electrical and gas issues using tools such as amp meters, voltmeters, and pressure gauges
Read blueprints and wiring schematics to install and maintain electrical components
Maintain awareness of property layout, cleanliness, safety, and use of personal protective equipment (PPE), while informing the Shift Supervisor of any unusual conditions
