Requirements

  • Strong grasp of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards

Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of Maintenance Engineers
  • Set clear priorities and provide coaching and feedback
  • Conduct daily shift meetings and assess team performance
  • Execute preventive and reactive maintenance tasks efficiently
  • Serve as the first point of contact for equipment issues
  • Manage spare parts inventory and ensure the Equipment Alarm and On-Call system operates effectively
  • Foster a strong culture of safety, quality, and compliance
  • Ensure adherence to GMP standards and support quality events (Deviations, CAPAs, FMEAs)
  • Collaborate with Reliability Engineers to prevent recurring issues and improve processes
  • Contribute to the development of the long-term maintenance strategy while optimizing daily operations
