Maintenance and reliability experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
Proven leadership of technical teams
Strong grasp of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards
Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

Supervise a team of Maintenance Engineers
Set clear priorities and provide coaching and feedback
Conduct daily shift meetings and assess team performance
Execute preventive and reactive maintenance tasks efficiently
Serve as the first point of contact for equipment issues
Manage spare parts inventory and ensure the Equipment Alarm and On-Call system operates effectively
Foster a strong culture of safety, quality, and compliance
Ensure adherence to GMP standards and support quality events (Deviations, CAPAs, FMEAs)
Collaborate with Reliability Engineers to prevent recurring issues and improve processes
Contribute to the development of the long-term maintenance strategy while optimizing daily operations
