The position offers 2nd shift from 2pm to 10:30pm and 3rd shift from 10pm to 6:30am. Candidates must be able to work all shifts up to 12 hours including weekends, as overtime may be required.
2+ years maintenance mechanic experience is required, preferably in manufacturing, with experience troubleshooting mechanical or electrical problems. Technical training in mechanical/electrical and PLC logic is preferred, along with ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and use tools like lathe, mill, and welder.
Responsibilities include keeping machinery and plant equipment operational, diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, performing preventive maintenance, fabricating parts, and documenting work orders.
Strong candidates demonstrate ethical conduct, a problem-solving mindset, technical capability, 2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, troubleshooting skills, and ability to lift 50 lbs. and work flexible shifts.
