Requirements

Comply with AP and local safety, health, and environment standards, including mandatory safety training, meetings, and all EH&S and local regulatory requirements
Monitor serviceability of plant equipment and facilities to ensure adherence to safety, housekeeping, and environmental requirements
Be familiar with all equipment in plants and maintain accurate documentation integrity and equipment history database
Provide hands-on technical skills for troubleshooting and all related maintenance or supporting work
Perform preventive maintenance, support Mechanical Integrity work, troubleshooting, and repair for all equipment
Be available for 24/7 response to scheduled, unscheduled, or emergency maintenance requirements

Responsibilities

Responsible for maintenance of all rotating and static equipment, including centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, cryogenic pumps, heat exchangers, pipelines, centrifugal expanders, and others
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and assistance, investing time and effort to meet customer expectations
Coordinate or assist in supervising contractor’s work in facilities or shops to ensure safety, quality, and reliability
Provide technical reports through specified datasheets or checklists; perform weekly time entry reporting and assist supervisor in preparing technical reports
