Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent, be fluent in both English and Spanish, and have 1-3 years of relevant work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook scheduling and Word, is required, along with excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills, customer service skills, and solid verbal and written communication skills. The ability to comprehend and converse in English effectively, exercise good judgment, and apply initiative is also necessary.
The Maintenance Coordinator will provide office support, including maintaining files, ordering maintenance supplies, and handling mail. They will receive, enter, and ensure the accuracy of work orders, particularly for time-sensitive repairs, and serve as the main point of contact for maintenance requests and audits. The role involves scheduling and coordinating Preventive Maintenance Inspections and Annual Inspections, tracking HQS work orders and certifications, and ensuring access for court stipulations. Additionally, the coordinator will provide customer service, issue lease violations, report no access instances, and review completed work orders, ultimately ensuring resident satisfaction and compliance.
