Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably within a logistics or distribution environment. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, as is a demonstrated ability to oversee complex logistics operations. Experience with 3PL management and inventory control systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

The Logistics Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end movement and handling of goods within the warehouse, including planning and coordinating daily and long-term shipping, receiving, and transportation schedules. They will manage inbound and outbound operations, optimize transportation routes, maintain accurate stock records, lead the reverse logistics process, provide leadership and training to staff and 3PL partners, and proactively identify and resolve operational issues to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness while meeting business and customer expectations.
