Requirements

  • HBO work and thinking level and 3+ years of experience in a dynamic environment, preferably in logistics or production
  • Fluent in Dutch & English with clear communication skills to employees, leaders, and multiple stakeholders
  • Influencing, convincing, and motivating skills
  • Ability to drive deadlines, KPI targets, compliance, and to prioritize, plan, and execute to the best of the company
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, make decisions, and take swift actions
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma, excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, and experience within a medical device environment are considered advantages

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional level of support by applying broad knowledge of Medtronic processes, tools, and policies focusing on Outbound
  • Monitor product and information flows as well as resolve issues in an efficient, compliant, and effective way to strive for the highest level of customer experience
  • Perform order monitoring, resource planning, and people management for daily delivery and shipment flows; handle all incoming e-mails and special requests
  • Conduct effective issue resolution and communication towards supporting teams, including root cause investigation, coordinating issues with other teams, attention to detail, and high-quality focus
  • Build close working relationships with crew of operators, supporting teams, and other internal departments
  • Demonstrate a mix of operational leadership, communication, and continuous improvement skills in the delivery of service and support of Outbound processes
