Requirements

People-oriented manager with experience in managing teams, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment
Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to work in a hypermodern warehouse handling high-quality electronic components sent worldwide
Easily approachable with good communication skills to manage an international team
Ability to communicate in English, German, and Dutch
Quick thinker and flexible to work in 2-shifts and on some Saturdays

Responsibilities

Manage a team of approximately 30 warehouse employees to enable optimal performance
Maintain overview of the logistics process, ensure a pleasant working climate, and achieve objectives
Manage one of the processes in the warehouse, such as building and developing the team of operators, troubleshooters, and trainers
Coach and motivate the team and manage absenteeism
Continuously coordinate with other departments such as customs, transportation, and quality
Devise and develop improvement proposals in collaboration with the warehouse manager
