Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, and have at least 7 years of experience in logistics management within a manufacturing environment, specifically with complex supply chains and high-value components. Demonstrated expertise in international shipping, customs regulations, ITAR compliance, and ERP/MES systems is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

As a Logistics Manager, you will design and implement an integrated logistics strategy to support both Divergent’s additive manufacturing workflows and Czinger’s vehicle production schedules, lead logistics planning for various production stages, manage transportation and freight activities both domestically and internationally, negotiate contracts with logistics providers, optimize logistics systems and data management, and develop KPIs to monitor logistics performance while ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting digital transformation initiatives.
