Candidates must have proven routing experience with wholesalers. Experience in 3PL, logistics, or supply chain environments is preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential, along with knowledge of routing guides, retailer compliance, and wholesale shipping requirements. Proficiency in WMS, a typing speed of 40+ WPM, excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, multitasking ability, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and communication tools are also required.
The Logistics Customer Service Representative will act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, coordinate routing to wholesalers, retailers, and other partners in compliance with client-specific requirements, and track orders using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to address delays or discrepancies. Responsibilities include scheduling carrier pickups, submitting routing requests, following up on shipments, collaborating with warehouse teams to ensure accuracy in picking, packing, and shipping, and managing returns, cancellations, and other exceptions while keeping clients updated.
