Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (professional in email, phone calls, video calls, and texts)
  • Handy-person skills (ability to perform light home maintenance such as changing light bulbs, fixing door hinges, unclogging toilets)
  • Technical computer skills on all forms of hardware (laptops, tablets, mobile devices)
  • Availability to work Sunday through Saturday, including early mornings and evenings as needed
  • Ability to work well under pressure in an agile, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions

  • Prior housekeeping experience (a plus)

  • Own reliable transportation (frequent travel between worksites)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee operations in assigned location, managing a specific portfolio of properties
  • Develop and grow relationships with property owners by proactively communicating and becoming the subject matter expert on those properties, ensuring they are clean, maintained, and well cared for
  • Meet and maintain Vacasa standards and metrics (e.g., NPS, standard unit appearance, efficiency)
  • Manage a budget for the portfolio, adhering to set annual costs and performing cost-benefit analysis
  • Manage an efficient and high-quality team, ensuring they are trained, effective, and adhere to all Vacasa policies and procedures
  • Support team with escalated guest and homeowner concerns by responding to emails, calls, and tickets
  • Partner and assist Business Development Representative when new units join the portfolio
  • Perform light home maintenance (e.g., light bulbs, fix door hinges, unclog toilet)
  • Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with fellow regional team members and upper management
  • Provide cross-coverage for manager and Co-LOM(s) when necessary
  • Conduct regular inspections prior to guest and owner arrivals
  • Occasionally perform housekeeping and maintenance duties
