The Local Market Payroll Specialist is responsible for day-to-day management of customers, providing excellent service, facilitating timely and accurate payrolls, and managing customer queries. They will also support colleagues, identify improvement opportunities, conduct training gap analysis, and act as a subject matter expert for payrolls. Furthermore, the role requires compliance with security policies, ensuring payments to employees and authorities are made accurately and on time, and maintaining accurate customer records on CRM systems.
The Specialist will facilitate monthly payroll processing, produce invoice triggers, develop processes and procedures based on customer and business requirements, provide monthly MIS related to payrolls, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. They will also provide feedback to team leads, suggest workload allocation, review performance, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and outstanding customer service, while ensuring service quality and timely responses to customer questions and queries.
