Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience managing LMS or eLearning platforms at an advanced level
  • Familiarity with SCORM and APIs
  • Ability to manage multiple courses and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong training skills and ability to select appropriate methodologies
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration experience
  • Experience in eLearning instructional design preferred
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry training methodologies preferred
  • Ability to learn technical products quickly using pre-release documentation/software
  • Experience with virtual delivery platforms such as Absorb preferred
  • Relevant certifications in eLearning or training are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of Clario Learn and its reporting capabilities
  • Upload and manage curricula, assessments, and certifications across business lines
  • Conduct quality checks on LMS content and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide Level 1 support for LMS issues and escalate complex problems to senior team members
  • Resolve access issues and ensure proper syncing across systems
  • Generate automated and ad-hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain guides, processes, standards, and procedures related to LMS operations
  • Document recurring issues and solutions to build a knowledge base
  • Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure LMS standards are met during course creation
  • Coordinate with other teams to support Clario initiatives involving LMS functionalities
  • Enforce consistent eLearning structures across business lines
