Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Educational Technology, or a related field, with a Master's Degree being preferred. Proven experience as an LMS Administrator or in a similar role is necessary, along with familiarity with FedRAMP-certified LMS platforms. Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills are essential. Experience in defense, government, or highly regulated environments, and knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, or other e-learning standards are preferred. Responsibilities

The LMS Administrator will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining the LMS infrastructure, including managing user roles, permissions, and accounts. They will provide front-line support to instructors, instructional designers, and learners, resolving issues and minimizing downtime. Key duties include monitoring system usage, tracking learner progress, generating reports on training effectiveness and compliance, and staying current with industry best practices and new technologies. The role also involves recommending and implementing enhancements to improve learner engagement and system performance.
