Responsibilities

Responsibilities include resolving worker support issues promptly, managing workers effectively to meet client demands, and ensuring accurate clock-in/clock-out times. The specialist will also identify process improvements, support vetting initiatives, help build standard operating procedures, master internal systems, and assist workers with app usage and complex issues.
