Responsibilities

The Live Operations Specialist will monitor daily operations to ensure flawless execution of marketplace shifts and troubleshoot in real-time. They will coordinate with the Territory Operations Manager to meet customer needs, ensure a positive and trusted experience for workers, and resolve support issues promptly. Responsibilities include managing workers to meet client demands, ensuring accurate worker clock-ins and clock-outs, identifying process improvement opportunities, and assisting with forward-filling or worker-vetting initiatives. The role also involves helping build standard operating procedures, mastering internal systems, and educating workers on the Traba app while handling complex user-facing issues.
