Responsibilities

Prepping ingredients while managing incoming orders
Interacting with guests to showcase passion for foodservice
Adjusting food items to accommodate guest allergies or dietary restrictions
Serving food at proper temperatures, in collaboration with front-of-house staff
Operating kitchen appliances (blender, oven, flat top grill, stand mixer, etc.)
Preparing sauces and accompaniments before meal service
Estimating food consumption and organizing preparation
Filling out daily prep lists as needed
