Responsibilities

Prep food while managing incoming orders throughout the day
Interact with guests, showcasing passion for foodservice and dedication to hospitality
Make adjustments to food items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific diet concerns
Act as a liaison to front-of-house employees to ensure proper food service temperature
Operate various kitchen appliances (blender, oven, flat top grill, stand mixer, etc.)
Prepare necessary sauces and accompaniments before meal service begins
Keep a clean and organized station, even under busy conditions
Estimate expected food consumption and organize preparation, filling out prep lists daily
