Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the laboratory information management systems (LIMS) industry. Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects, particularly those involving software validation and regulatory compliance, is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also required.
As the LIMS Project Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, account managers, and delivery teams, ensuring successful completion of Thermo Fisher product and solutions engagements. You will be responsible for estimating project resource requirements, defining project scope, managing project timelines and deliverables, supervising project-related activities such as software validation, and maintaining fiscal accountability for projects. Furthermore, you will facilitate internal and customer meetings, deliver engaging presentations, and travel as needed to support project activities while adhering to Thermo Fisher Scientific’s objectives and strategy.
