The ideal candidate possesses solid operational HR experience with a focus on generalist responsibilities across multiple countries, particularly in time tracking, attendance, and leave management. A strong understanding of local and international labor laws and regulations, along with familiarity with HR best practices in Time & Attendance, is essential. Proven experience in implementing end-to-end time off and attendance policies based on country regulations is required, as are excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in another language is a plus, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment is necessary.
This role involves contributing to the development and maintenance of up-to-date, efficient, and compliant Time & Attendance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The specialist will provide subject matter expertise on Employee Lifecycle matters, specifically Time & Attendance, addressing internal and external queries and guiding clients and employees. Responsibilities also include gathering feedback to enhance the employee journey, meticulously managing employee data for accuracy, security, and confidentiality, and supporting reporting, audit, compliance, and data integrity initiatives. Additionally, the role requires championing Remote's values and contributing to the team's goals.
