The ideal candidate possesses solid operational HR experience with a focus on multi-country generalist responsibilities and a strong understanding of local and international labor laws related to time tracking, attendance, and leave management. Proven experience in implementing time off and attendance policies based on country regulations is essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in English, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment. Proficiency in another language is a plus.
The Time & Attendance Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining up-to-date, efficient, and compliant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Time & Attendance activities. They will serve as a subject matter expert, addressing internal and external queries regarding Time & Attendance and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance the employee journey. Additionally, the specialist will meticulously manage employee data, ensuring its accuracy, security, and confidentiality, while supporting reporting, audit, compliance, and data integrity initiatives and championing Remote's values.
