The Lifecycle Marketing Lead, Payer (Health Plan) will be responsible for developing and optimizing lifecycle marketing programs specifically for members acquired through payer partnerships, focusing on converting eligible members into patients, accelerating their journey into care, and sustaining engagement. This includes designing multi-channel marketing journeys, building onboarding and nurture programs, identifying friction points, and developing targeted interventions to improve health outcomes and care utilization, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve measurable impact.
