Requirements

Responsibilities

The Lider E2 will manage the business unit of the Empresas segment with a target of R$ 3 million to R$ 30 million annually, ensuring all actions are directed towards capitalizing on commercial opportunities. They will drive team results and career development through training and empowerment, oversee quality according to established regulations, monitor strategic performance of Managers, foster business growth and new client acquisition, and prioritize customer service and satisfaction.
