Responsibilities

  • Gerenciar a unidade de negócio (Loja ou PAB), garantindo que as ações sejam direcionadas para o aproveitamento das oportunidades comerciais, atendimento e infraestrutura
  • Impulsionar o resultado e a carreira do time (treinando e capacitando)
  • Supervisão e atendimento de clientes que frequentam a loja, garantindo a excelência da experiência
  • Fazer gestão do NPS e da necessidade diária de vendas, quando necessário, implementar ações de melhorias
  • Zelar pela qualidade, de acordo com normas e procedimentos estabelecidos pelo banco e órgãos reguladores
