Requirements

Responsibilities

Dispensing spectacles and other optical products to adults and children based on prescriptions
Advising and assisting patients with lenses and spectacle frames (style, weight, color)
Verifying order data entry and comparing Rx to original prescription for accuracy
Completing proper order filing procedures using the ABC system
Delivering sales through excellent member service in person and over the phone
Explaining procedures included under the exam fee
Supporting club policies, procedures, and compliance
Ensuring flawless execution, addressing/escalating member concerns, and maintaining a safe/positive environment
Embracing inclusion, diversity, collaboration, and team goals
Delivering GOLD club standards: GAA, fast/friendly/full/fresh/clean service, grand opening look, stocked planograms, accurate signage, clean/organized areas
Carrying out job functions as assigned with honesty, integrity, and member focus
