Ability to dispense spectacles and optical products to adults and children using prescriptions from optometrists and ophthalmologists
Knowledge to advise and assist patients on lenses and frames (style, weight, color)
Ability to verify order data entry and compare Rx to original prescription for accuracy
Skills in proper order filing procedures (ABC system)
Capability to provide excellent member service in person and over the phone, explain procedures, communicate openly and honestly, and maintain a friendly demeanor

Dispense spectacles and other optical products to adults and children based on prescriptions
Advise and assist patients with various types of lenses and spectacle frames (style, weight, color)
Verify order data entry, compare Rx to original prescription, and ensure accuracy in the system
Complete proper order filing procedures, including filing under the correct ABC system
Deliver sales through excellent member service in person and over the phone
Explain all procedures included under the exam fee openly and honestly
Maintain a friendly and pleasant demeanor with customers/members
Carry out job functions as assigned, support club policies/procedures/compliance, ensure safe/positive environment, embrace inclusion/diversity, work as a team, innovate/adapt, and uphold GOLD club standards (e.g., stocking, planograms, signage, cleanliness)
Resolve and de-escalate member concerns, greet/anticipate/appreciate members
