Responsibilities

Dispense spectacles and other optical products based on prescriptions from optometrists and ophthalmologists
Advise and assist patients with lenses and frames, including style, weight, and color
Verify order data entry, compare Rx to original, and ensure accuracy in the system
Complete proper order filing procedures using the ABC system
Deliver sales through excellent member service, explaining exam fees and procedures
Take measurements, ensure correct frame selection, read prescriptions on lensometer
Provide timely notification of product readiness, advance orders (received, notified, dispensed), and handle money transactions
Educate patients to achieve sales and metric goals
Support club policies, flawless execution, accountability, honesty, integrity, and member-focused concern resolution
Maintain safe, positive, inclusive environment; embrace diversity and teamwork
Deliver GOLD club standards: GAA, fast/friendly service, full/fresh/clean, stocked items, planograms, signage, organization
Access and understand production/financial performance reporting for the department
