J.D. from top law school; top 25% of class strongly preferred
Active licensure in at least one jurisdiction expected by fall of first year of program (Massachusetts bar admission not required)

Responsibilities
Participate in BJ’s Corporate Counsel Development Program as a 3-year residency with the in-house legal team, immediately post law school
Rotate through 14 key subject areas: Employment, Real Estate, Immigration, Compliance, New Markets, Marketing, Governance, Litigation, Commercial Contracting, SEC Reporting, Legal Ops, Intellectual Property, Privacy + Data Security, Licensing
Engage in business client interactions and take on meaningful responsibility during all rotations
Participate in formalized mentorship program and practice area learning objectives
Complete third-party training programs: Year 1 - ACC’s Corporate Counsel University; Year 2 - ACC’s In-House Counsel Certification; Year 3 - ACC’s Boston University Questrom School of Business Mini MBA for In-House Counsel; All Years - ProEdge (PwC’s learning platform)
