Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including MSAs, partnership agreements, NDAs, BAAs, SaaS agreements, software licenses, technology agreements, subcontractor/supplier agreements, SOWs, and related documentation
  • Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks, contractual obligations, and compliance requirements for new products, services, and business initiatives
  • Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice and solutions
  • Conduct legal research and provide guidance on emerging legal issues, including privacy, data security, and regulatory matters
  • Support the development and implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Contribute to process improvements, risk management, and the overall success of the Legal Department
