Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including MSAs, partnership agreements, NDAs, BAAs, SaaS agreements, software licenses, technology agreements, subcontractor/supplier agreements, SOWs, and related documentation
Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks, contractual obligations, and compliance requirements for new products, services, and business initiatives
Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice and solutions
Conduct legal research and provide guidance on emerging legal issues, including privacy, data security, and regulatory matters
Support the development and implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Contribute to process improvements, risk management, and the overall success of the Legal Department
