Responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of agreements, including complex SaaS contracts, software licensing, and vendor partnerships, ensuring they are legally sound and commercially sharp
Acting as a trusted advisor to all parts of the business, translating complex legal issues into clear, practical advice
Managing risk proactively by identifying and mitigating potential legal and regulatory risks, working closely with commercial teams to find solutions
Supporting strategic growth by assisting with due diligence and other legal aspects of commercial transactions
Helping to refine legal processes, policies, and templates to build an agile, best-in-class legal function
