  • J.D. degree required

Responsibilities

  • Structuring, negotiation, and formation of BXMA’s commingled and customized funds and portfolio investments
  • Negotiation and execution of certain direct and indirect investments within BXMA’s Absolute Return, Multi-Strategy and Total Portfolio investment strategies
  • Substantial interaction with BXMA internal business groups (investment, accounting, operations, investor relations) and external clients
  • Management of external counsel
  • Negotiation and review of various legal documentation
  • Ongoing review of industry and regulatory developments to assess any relevant information or risks to BXMA’s business
