Associate degree or equivalent experience
Experience as legal assistant, paralegal, or similar roles
Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills with high work standards and attention to detail
Flexible and adaptable to change and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards

Responsibilities

Process subpoenas and requests for employment records
Support AMN’s litigation team, including assisting with discovery, creating timelines, preparing exhibits, reviewing draft discovery and legal briefs, and searching documents
Manage electronic billing system used for outside counsel spend
Manage litigation matter management system
Assist attorneys in issuing litigation holds, reviewing and processing discovery, and organizing case files
Provide administrative support to attorneys and senior leaders of the Legal & Compliance department as needed, including reviewing and filing mail, notarizing documents, and processing bills and settlements
