Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in sales or marketing in retail, multifamily, or hospitality
  • Minimum of two (2) years of luxury customer service experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to read and write English fluently
  • Ability to accurately perform basic to intermediate mathematical functions
  • Ability to interact with residents/guests in a luxury customer service manner

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior customer service to all prospective residents
  • Lead the Leasing team to achieve sales goals
  • Lead the sales team to peak performance
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies that increase traffic, maximize closing ratios, and achieve/exceed budgeted occupancy
  • Respond to web leads and telephone inquiries
  • Conduct site tours
  • Effectively show, lease, and move in prospective residents
  • Lead motivational monthly leasing programs guided by goals to achieve optimum performance
  • Work under the direction of the General Manager
