The Learning Designer will design and develop blended learning solutions, including eLearning, instructor-led training, job aids, articles, and communication resources. They will apply instructional design best practices and adult learning principles to create engaging content, translate complex topics into digestible learning experiences, and utilize various learning tools and platforms. The role also involves evaluating learner engagement and performance impact, iterating on content based on feedback and data, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to align learning initiatives with business priorities.
