Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3 years of technical and/or instructional design experience. They should have progressive business and analytics experience with a focus on learning strategies and adult learning theories. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, experience with the ADDIE model or similar instructional design models, and excellent communication skills are required. A minimum download speed of 25 mbps and upload speed of 10 mbps is recommended for remote work.

Responsibilities

The Learning Design Professional II will analyze and organize content, design solutions, and assist in writing training content for Member Services alignment. This role involves partnering with senior professionals to analyze learning needs, provide input for course content, and develop business solutions. Responsibilities include writing learning objectives, coordinating performance assessments, ensuring course materials are current, and supporting process and resource updates. The individual will also perform maintenance reviews on training modules and tools, track changes to resources, assess training program effectiveness, develop online learning material and remote instructor-led training courses, and design conceptualization solutions for new and existing associates.
