Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the planning and execution of learning and career development programs that help employees grow in their roles and careers
  • Support the company-wide onboarding experience by helping to welcome new employees and introduce them to our culture, mission and ways of working at The Times
  • Collect and analyze feedback data to help us understand what’s resonating, where employees need more support and where we can improve
  • Explore, test and propose AI and workflow tools that can make our processes more efficient and help teams work smarter
  • Help maintain and organize learning resources, guides and communication materials so that development opportunities are easy to find and use
  • Collaborate with teammates across Learning & Career Enablement and HR to support initiatives that foster a culture of continuous learning, growth and connection
  • Demonstrates support and understanding of our value of journalistic independence and a strong commitment to our mission to seek the truth and help people understand the world
