Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership coaching
  • Professional qualification from a recognised body (e.g., ICF, CIPD, IoL, ILM, CMI)
  • Industry experience applying leadership principles to create efficient, scalable, and reliable leadership development pipelines
  • Strong focus and expertise in emotional intelligence and strategic thinking
  • Postgraduate qualification (e.g., Master's degree) in Leadership, Organisational Development, or Psychology (desirable)
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and on-camera communication and facilitation skills, with proven ability to engage business leaders
  • Practical experience delivering formal training or coaching, particularly on leadership, emotional intelligence, or strategic thinking topics
  • Ability to skilfully adjust communication

Responsibilities

  • Guide apprentices to successful, timely completion of their programme
  • Master group and individualized coaching techniques to enhance apprentice learning
  • Adhere to the Coach Quality framework to ensure consistent quality in every coaching session and experience for every apprentice
  • Create a vibrant, inclusive, and motivating environment that drives apprentice learning, engagement, and overall satisfaction
  • Maintain an owner's mentality, being proactive in taking action, sharing feedback, or providing support to ensure learner progress and success
  • Work with Ops and other supporting teams to review and action data for the best apprentice experience
  • Engage with apprentice managers for Sync progress reviews using information from ops teams
  • Focus on programme health results for apprentices, implementing interventions in partnership with operations team to keep learners on track
  • Utilise resources and learning opportunities provided by Multiverse, staying up-to-date on knowledge, learning, and product updates
  • Build and maintain credibility with learners using professional experience, program/domain/industry knowledge, and client context
  • Create a compelling narrative about Multiverse, its mission, and pillars of offering; help learners connect to it throughout and beyond their programme
