Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in program/project management, ideally leading enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Familiarity with leadership development, organizational effectiveness, or talent management programs
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and the ability to translate strategy into action
  • Proficiency with program management and reporting tools (Smartsheet, Asana, MS Project, Power BI)
  • Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance
  • Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards
  • Ability to work in environment with loud noises (equipment/machinery)
  • Tolerance for some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Engage the network in the Leadership Academy by implementing established frameworks and training materials from existing models (0–6 Months)
  • Coordinate with HR, site, and functional collaborators to ensure consistent delivery and alignment with enterprise objectives (0–6 Months)
  • Establish governance structures, project timelines, and reporting cadences for accountability and transparency (0–6 Months)
  • Coordinate logistics, communications, and collaborator engagement to drive adoption (0–6 Months)
  • Manage program budgets, resources, and achievements within defined scope and schedule (0–6 Months)
  • Maintain and evolve governance models, success metrics, and reporting processes (6–24 Months)
  • Supervise participation and leadership performance through dashboards and analytics (6–24 Months)
  • Partner with data teams to link leadership outcomes to operational performance (6–24 Months)
  • Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops and best-practice sharing (6–24 Months)
  • Position the Academy as a key mechanism for leadership pipeline development and cultural transformation (6–24 Months)
  • Apply structured methodologies (Agile, PMI, Lean) for planning and execution
  • Maintain documentation (charters, RAID logs, risk assessments) for transparency
  • Implement strategies to promote engagement and sustained behavior change
  • Ensure consistent communication and alignment across all sites and functions
