Requirements

Candidates must have experience working with and applying content guidelines, and possess a high attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects independently. Bonus points for experience in consumer-facing products within healthcare or regulated industries, and collaboration with engineering, clinical, and product teams during the design process.

Responsibilities

The Senior Content Designer will shape content strategy, execute written communication within the product, and design and influence member experiences. This role involves applying user-centered design methodologies to identify opportunities through research and data, designing and testing content solutions in partnership with product teams, and developing concepts, content strategy, and UX copy from ideation to execution. Responsibilities include writing in-app copy for onboarding, flows, errors, buttons, and tooltips, and partnering closely with clinical teams to ensure content structure and delivery meet clinical standards across integrated conditions. The role also entails collaborating with product managers, care team operations, user insights, engineering, and clinical partners, and iterating on content standards to elevate the content design bar with clear, concise, and meaningful language.
