Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Définir la vision design de la ligne produit Workflow Solutions
  • Encadrer, accompagner et faire progresser une équipe aux niveaux variés
  • Porter les standards design et promouvoir une culture du feedback et de la qualité
  • Piloter les activités design (recherche, conception, tests, livraison) sur l’ensemble de la ligne produit
  • Travailler étroitement avec les Product Managers, UX Researchers, développeurs et parties prenantes métier
  • Contribuer aux roadmaps produits en intégrant les besoins utilisateurs
  • Participer à l’amélioration et à l’adoption du Design System
  • Garantir la qualité des livrables design (user flows, wireframes, prototypes, maquettes)
  • Suivre l’implémentation des interfaces et collaborer avec les développeurs pour assurer la fidélité du rendu
  • S’appuyer sur les données (insights, analytics, tests) pour améliorer l’expérience utilisateur
