Requirements

Candidates should possess an MSc in Engineering or an equivalent degree. They should have experience with Turbomachinery fundamentals, electrical, mechanical, and thermodynamics quantities measurement principles, and industrial measure sensors proficiency. Fluency in English is also required.

Responsibilities

As a Lead Test Project Engineer, the individual will coordinate internal and external teams across the full test cycle, acting as the main technical interface between the Technology Lab and all project functions. They will provide technical leadership to the test design team, generate cost estimations and schedules for validation activities, and be responsible for designing and constructing test facilities, instrumentation systems, and developing test software. Additionally, they will collaborate with external testing institutions and universities, support Service/Production Testing needs, and be linked to the technical improvement of existing products and components.
